The Mere Peace Memorial Sports and Recreation Ground Charity are Trustees of the Recreation Ground in Mere.
The Trust is planning to rebuild the Seeds4Success Youth Centre building to bring it up to date, and suitable for the 2020s.
The present building is now almost 50 years old, and it shows.

The planned new building will provide a safe, modern, practical and environmentally friendly space for us to continue to provide, and further develop our projects and services for young people into the future. We hope you agree that it fits well into the surroundings and will be an important new asset for our community. If we get it right there will also be opportunity for outside hire to local groups. The new building will have no impact on available parking at the Recreation Ground.
We hope to seek planning consent sometime this winter and then start the fundraising to turn our exciting plans into reality. This page will be updated with progress so please check in regularly to follow our progress
